These terms explain how buying from and using CubsCrate works. Please read them before you buy. If something is unclear, ask us at [email protected].
1. Who we are
This website is run by CubsCrate (legal name: [Business legal name]), based in [City], Pakistan. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Who can buy
Our shop is for adults aged 18 or over, such as parents, carers and teachers. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
3. What we sell and how you may use it
We sell digital products only: PDF storybooks, MP3 audiobooks and tracks, activity worksheets, ZIP files and bundles for children aged 0 to 10. Nothing is shipped.
When you buy a product you get a licence to use it for personal and household use, for example reading or playing it with your own children. You may not:
- resell, share or give the files to others
- upload them to a website, cloud folder, app or file-sharing service where others can get them
- copy or change them to sell or give away
Teachers and schools: if you want to use our products with a class or in a school, please contact us first and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Checkout is handled by Gumroad. When you click Buy now, Gumroad’s checkout opens and Gumroad takes your payment for us. Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the checkout.
- Gumroad adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies at checkout, before you pay.
- We never see or store your full card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price shown in Gumroad’s checkout when you ordered is the price you pay.
5. Delivery
Straight after payment, Gumroad emails you a receipt with a link to your download page.
- You can go back to your files from that receipt, or from your Gumroad Library if you create a free Gumroad account with the same email address.
- Gumroad may ask for the email address you bought with before it opens your files.
- Please save your files to your own device straight away.
- If you can’t find your receipt or can’t open your files, contact us and we’ll help.
6. Immediate access and your right to cancel
In some countries, including the UK and EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads that right ends once we start supplying the download, but only if you agree to that first.
Our files are sent to you straight after payment. By buying, you are asking us to give you access to them straight away.
If you change your mind before you download anything, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
7. Refunds
In short: no refunds once a file has been downloaded, except if it is faulty, not as described, or an accidental duplicate. Please ask within 14 days. Full details are in our Digital Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Please use our website fairly. Don’t try to break or overload it, get into other people’s accounts, use it for anything unlawful, or use automated tools to copy our content or files.
9. Our content and ownership
All stories, audio, artwork, worksheets, logos and text on this website belong to CubsCrate or its creators and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the licence in section 3, not ownership of the content.
10. What we can and can’t promise
We take care to make our products good and the website reliable, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Digital files may not work on every device or app.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you ordered apply to that order.
12. Governing law
